1. Sponsor & Administrator
This Giveaway (“Promotion”) is sponsored by Vision Investments, LLC (SONAX USA) and The Petersen Automotive Museum (“Sponsors”).
2. Eligibility
The Promotion is open to legal residents of the 48 Continental United States and the District of Columbia, who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.
Employees, contractors, affiliates, partners, and immediate family members of the Sponsors are not eligible to participate.
3. Promotion Period
The Promotion begins at 12:00 AM PST on December 1 and ends at 11:59 PM PST on December 12 (“Promotion Period”).
Each 24-hour period represents one Giveaway day and one prize opportunity.
4. How to Enter
Participants may enter by following the official entry instructions posted on:
  • SONAX Car Care social media channels
  • Petersen Automotive Museum social media channels
Typical entry methods may include (depending on the daily post):
  • Liking the daily Giveaway story
Entries do not roll over—participants must enter each day separately.
5. Prizes
Prizes vary each day and may include, but are not limited to:
  • SONAX Car Care products
  • Co-branded items or accessories
Exact prize details will be listed in each daily Giveaway announcement.
Total Approximate Retail Value (ARV) for all prizes combined will not exceed $1,500.
Prizes are non-transferable, not redeemable for cash, and no substitutions are permitted unless determined necessary by Sponsors.
6. Winner Selection & Notification
The number of winners will increase by one each day throughout the promotional period. All eligible entries via random drawing will be conducted by the Sponsors.
Winners will be notified by:
  • Direct message on the platform used to enter, or
  • Email if applicable
Winners must respond within 48 hours to claim their prize.
If a winner does not respond, another winner may be selected.
7. Publicity Release
By entering, participants grant Sponsors the right to use their name, likeness, and entry content for promotional purposes on social media and marketing materials without additional compensation, where permitted by law.
8. Limitation of Liability
By participating, entrants agree that Sponsors are not responsible for:
  • Lost, late, or misdirected entries
  • Technical, internet, or platform failures
  • Delivery delays or prize damage
  • Unauthorized human intervention
  • Any injuries, losses, or damages related to participation or prize use
Entrants agree to release and hold harmless Vision Investments, LLC, SONAX Car Care, the Petersen Automotive Museum, and all affiliated staff, partners, and representatives.
9. General Conditions
Sponsors reserve the right to:
  • Modify, suspend, or terminate the Promotion if fraud or other issues affect integrity
  • Disqualify any entrant who violates the rules or attempts to manipulate the Giveaway
  • Substitute a prize of equal or greater value if necessary
This Promotion is subject to all federal, state, and local laws.
10. Social Media Disclaimer
This Giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, or any other social media platform.
Participants agree to release these platforms from any liability related to the Promotion.
11. Privacy
Any personal information collected will be used only for administering the Giveaway and will not be sold or shared outside the Sponsors.
All information is subject to Sponsors’ respective privacy policies.
12. Winner List
Winners may be announced publicly on SONAX and Petersen Museum social media pages.
